Mourners pay respects to Ardrossan hero William Savage at military funeral

Family, friends and comrades attended the funeral of Ardrossan's Corporal William 'Sav' Savage, the soldier recently killed in Afghanistan. Mourners paid their last respects to the 30-year-old former sea cadet at a military service in Glencorse Kirk in Penicuik. William's widow Lyndsey, who is due to give birth to the couple's first child in June, described her late husband as the love of her life.
