We leave from the Old gasworks carpark,Union Street, Saltcoats at 10am prompt, unless otherwise stated.

Non members of the O.I.R. are welcome to come for up to four walks; thereafter they are expected to join the local Three Town's O.I.R. group.

Anyone 50 years of age and over may join.

The OIR walking group is  the perfect group for fit older people. The walks are interesting in themselves but George adds to this with his research of local history.
