Harbour Inn 'eyesore' redevelopment starts

A long-standing eyesore in Ardrossan, the Harbour Inn, formerly known as Nicol's, has been closed for a number of years but now a £180,000 project has been started by Irvine Bay Regeneration Company to help the owners find a buyer.

The owners of the B-listed building have put the former pub up for sale for offers over £150,000 and Irvine Bay have already started demolishing unsafe areas of the building.
