Local bowlers take on Scotland's best at national championship

  • Ardrossan's senior four take part in the Scottish Championships at Ayr Northfield

Ardrossan Bowling Club's senior fours team make the short trip to Northfield in Ayr as they take on the best of Scotland in the national championship finals.

The Ardrossan bowlers face Stranraer West End Bowling Club in their first round match, which gets under way on Thursday 29th July at 9.30am on rink six of green E at the Ayr venue.

UPDATE: Unfortunately the Ardrossan bowlers wend out of the competition in the first round, going down 16-11 to Stranraer West End.
