New faster broadband services arrive in Ardrossan

Ardrossan customers now have access to faster broadband services, BT has confirmed this week, as part of the firm’s next generation broadband service delivered over copper lines.

Around 69,500 more homes and businesses in 14 Scottish communities now have access to faster broadband, BT announced.

The BT investment makes available download speeds of up to 20 megabits per second (Mbps) – more than double the speed previously available from BT.

Once an exchange area has been upgraded, some service providers automatically upgrade their customers to the enhanced service. Contact your service provider for more information about the products and services they offer – and any new upgrades.
